We are looking for a Head Chef to lead our Catering Team. This is a fabulous opportunity for any experienced head chef or ambitious senior sous offering straight shifts, no evenings.
To work 4 days during the week plus alternate weekends, with the added benefit of having Christmas Day, Boxing Day and Easter Sunday off.
As a Head Chef you will:
- Be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen
- Be managing and motivating a professional brigade
- Ensure that ongoing training and development is offered to all members of the team
- Possess excellent man management and kitchen management skills
- Be a creative and talented chef who can lead their team by example and inspire them
- Ensure the highest possible standard of hygiene is practiced and maintained to meet Health & Safety regulations and food preparation guidelines
